Vedanth (Sri Murali), a principled police officer guided by his mother’s values, is assigned to Mangalore, a city dominated by the ruthless gangster Pujari. Under Pujari’s control, the local police are rife with corruption, while illegal activities such as arms trafficking and human smuggling thrive.

Determined to challenge this corrupt system, Vedanth arrests Pujari, only to be forced to release him under pressure from his compromised superiors. Disillusioned by the system’s failures, Vedanth takes matters into his own hands, assuming the vigilante identity of Bagheera.
