After finishing her MBBS, Irin unexpectedly finds herself at an isolated tea estate in Sylhet with no network access, where medical care is largely limited to basic remedies like paracetamol. Soon, her friend Mithu—an aspiring artist and architecture student—joins her from Dhaka. As they spend time there, they witness the difficult lives of tea workers and come across Nandini, a talented young girl who dreams of becoming a doctor. Together, they support and encourage her to pursue that ambition.
