Caught in a blizzard, a grieving recluse (Emma Thompson) becomes lost on the backroads near a Minnesota lake and seeks shelter at a secluded cabin in the woods. There, she discovers a young woman (Laurel Marsden) held captive by a desperate couple (Judy Greer, Marc Menchaca) armed and ready to kill. Cut off from help and without cell service, the unlikely hero realizes she is the girl’s only chance for survival.
