Meet BJ (Anderson .Paak), a musician out of his element, striving for fame while carrying the weight of a broken heart from a complicated past. In his effort to revive his career, he joins a house band in Seoul for a K-Pop competition show. During the experience, he reconnects with his long-lost son, Tae Young (Soul Rasheed), who is also pursuing his own dreams of stardom.
