The film revolves around a terrorist attack planned inside a hospital in Dhaka, secretly orchestrated by one of the hospital’s nurses. Despite being well-educated, the nurse and her husband are manipulated and radicalized by extremists in the name of their distorted “jihad.” As the deadly mission unfolds, the story raises the question of whether the terrorists will succeed in carrying out their horrific plan or if justice and truth will ultimately prevail.
