In a small beach town in Bangladesh, the fearless Ayesha challenges social taboos and violent resistance from her impoverished family to pursue surfing. Alongside her best friend Sohel, she is trained by Amir, a self-taught Bangladeshi surfer. Their unconventional passion soon draws international attention from the surfing community and documentary filmmakers, but the influx of funding sparks jealousy, conflicts, and power struggles. While surfing brings fame and recognition to Sohel, Ayesha’s forbidden love for the sport leads to a forced marriage and a life of hardship. After chasing a reckless, extravagant lifestyle in the capital, a disillusioned Sohel returns to Cox’s Bazar, where their shared love for surfing rekindles their bond and inspires a renewed hope for the sport in their small beach town.
