The story opens at a wedding in Bihar, but attention quickly turns to the unpredictable Chacha (Ved Prakash Jaiswal, portrayed by Ashutosh Rana), who throws the celebration into chaos by insisting he must marry before the groom. As his bipolar disorder leads to increasingly erratic behavior, his family, following medical advice, decides to admit him to a mental health facility in Ranchi.
