Set against the vibrant music culture of Brooklyn and Queens, beat producer Danny Solis appears to get his big break when his track is stolen by pop star Ryan Reed. In an effort to prevent Danny from speaking out, Ryan’s manager arranges a deal for the two artists to collaborate on several songs. Through this partnership, Danny is introduced to Manhattan’s music industry, while Ryan begins to shift the direction of her career. Even after experiencing betrayal and setbacks, Danny continues to push forward, drawing comfort and confidence from his original musical style.
