Our Hero, Balthazar, is a dark satirical story centered on Balthy (Jaeden Martell), a self-absorbed New York City teenager fixated on gaining social media attention, even going so far as to fake emotional moments online for popularity. Hoping to win over his crush, he embarks on a reckless and misguided attempt to connect with a Texas teen, Solomon (Asa Butterfield), whom he suspects could become a school shooter.
