During a period of civil unrest in the former Madras state, a cunning and relentless officer arrives with the mission of hunting down rebels. Chezhian and his brother Chindurai, who have contrasting natures—one a diligent fireman, the other a defiant insurgent—find themselves caught in escalating conflict.
