After one of his daughters is wrongfully maligned, Chaman Lal, who lives along the banks of the Ravi River, sees the marriage prospects of all four daughters shattered. A traveller named Sikander helps him understand that real happiness comes from inner peace rather than society’s approval. With this newfound perspective, Chaman Lal rebuilds his daughters’ lives and rediscovers his own purpose.
