Residing in a dilapidated shipwreck, Mr. Fish’s quiet life is disrupted when he encounters Pip, an energetic young sea dragon who has been sneaking into his home, mistaking it for scrap. Their clash quickly escalates into a chaotic dispute that ends up destroying both of their homes. Still, a glimmer of hope emerges. The two set off on a daring journey to find the legendary “Shimmer,” believed to grant any wish. But their quest is far from simple—someone else is also searching for it.
